Q. How do I clean the Thermalform® Breast Gel Pack?
A. The hypoallergenic, latex-free, medical-grade PVC vinyl should be gently hand washed with mild soap, rinsed thoroughly with warm water, and dried with a soft cloth.

Q. How do I cool the Thermalform® Breast Gel Pack?
A. Place the pack in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour, or store it in the freezer so it is always ready to use. To achieve deeper and more effective cooling for mastitis or swollen breasts, place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply to the breasts for 15-30 minutes for relief. This can be repeated as needed. To rechill, repeat as directed above.

Q. How do I warm the Thermalform® Breast Gel Pack?
A. Place the room-temperature Thermalform® Breast Gel Pack in the microwave and heat on high for 30-second intervals. DO NOT heat the Breast Gel Pack for longer than 30 seconds at a time. The temperature of the pack can rise to burn levels if heated longer.

Before applying to the breast, test the pack on the back of the hand to ensure a comfortable temperature.

To reheat the pack, place it in the microwave and heat in 10-second intervals, testing the pack after each interval for the desired temperature.

Q. How long do I apply the Thermalform® Breast Gel Pack on my breasts?
A. That depends on your need and whether you are using it for cool or warm therapy. Follow the direction of your doctor or other professional health-care provider.

Q. How should I use the Thermalform® Breast Gel Pack?
A. It is important to always place a paper towel or a light cloth between the Breast Gel Pack and the skin to avoid burning or irritating the skin.
